How ever heart warming to have so many wonderful comments on our chicken these recent days! With the long wait after many delays and road-blocks, we are now able to offer our famed chicken again and now it is even better than ever! We even had compliments from the inspector at our chicken processor that they've never seen such clean and healthy birds! Many growers bring in dirty and borderline healthy birds that wind up being rejected. Not ours!! Wow!!
This is the pay-off we've been looking for! For those who have bought our chicken for years, we are preaching to the choir......but try our newest lots of chicken to witness a big quality bump. Super clean, superbly trimmed and properly cooled and packaged. We have poured great time and effort into keeping our birds (and all of our animals in fact) clean, healthy and free from stress. It is not easy, and we work hard, and the truth is in the pudding! We are going on and on about this, but it is a big deal for us- a long hard road that provides a truly heart warming and soul enriching product! Bon appetit!
